NOTE! We are based in the UTC/GMT -6.00 timezone. The times displayed here will be adjusted to whatever timezone your device is set to. After booking you will receive two confirmation emails. The first email will show the appointment time based on the timezone it was booked from. The second email will contain a calendar invite which will show the time base on your calendar’s time zone. CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW: Effective February 1st, 2025, a non-refundable deposit of $50 will be required on all service bookings (except free consultations). Failure to change or cancel an appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in loss of the deposit.
If you are uncomfortable with online payments, arrangements can be made to remit the deposit via e-transfer. Text info@sparksofhealing.ca with your preferred booking date & time. We will block the time, notify you and allow 60 minutes for the deposit to hold the booking.
It is not my preference to have to request deposits, but the high number of no show customers have made it necessary.
